I’ve been gone for too long, it seems like there are a lot of things that needs to be updated! I haven’t been able to get a hold of my laptop for the past week or so and I’m using my sister’s right now so bear with me please~ I’m only able to update a few things since this isn’t my laptop. I’ll get to your messages too ^^

From what I’ve read in articles with reliable sources, CUBE is not a sister or sub company of JYP. Wikipedia does not count as an accurate site because anyone can change the information there. Gathering all of the information I came up with the summary:

President Hong was a representative (or some sort of authority figure for JYP) but he eventually left and made his own company. Ahem, that would be where CUBE Entertainment pops in. Yes, I know that G.NA, some of the Beast members, and Hyuna were once in JYP but it’s a coincidence, maybe even fate, that they all ended up in CUBE.

G.NA started off at Good Entertainment where she was planned to debut as the leader of Five Girls (with Secret’s Hyosung, After School’s UEE, Wonder Girls’ Yubin, and Jiwon who I believe is pursuing acting) but unfortunately due to financial issues, they weren’t able to debut. After this happened, G.NA went back home to Canada. She decided to give it another try and this was when she started with JYP. She and miss A’s Min were roommates and she was also the girl 2PM was drooling over in 10 Points Out Of 10. President Hong was like a father to G.NA, since her biological father passed when she was young, so she followed him to CUBE.

Dongwoon and Kikwang were trainees for JYP, Doojoon starred in Hot Blood where he was supposed to be in 2AM. I’m unsure as to why Dongwoon wasn’t able to make it in JYP but as for Kikwang, Park Jin Young said himself that he knew he was good looking and talented so he had to drop him because he wanted people that would improve all the time.

As for Hyuna, I still don’t know the full story but I was told that she wasn’t very healthy and her parents wanted her to come home because of this. She was replaced with Yubin before she could even return and instead was lucky to make it into CUBE.

So to clear things up, JYP idols and CUBE idols have a close relationship with each other but they are not sister companies. Besides, I think it would be strange if a sub company had a sub company.

I wasn’t able to get on the internet for the past few days since I was busy with other things but I’ll update everyone starting…NOW! n__n
